Alquerías del Niño Perdido
The history of this municipality of almost 5,000 inhabitants begins in 1986, when it is segregated from Vila-real. However, its origin happened much earlier, and Iberian, Roman and Muslim remains have been found. In one of the scattered farmsteads of the area there was an oratory in which the religious Agustinos Descalzos de Caudiel left an image of the Virgin of the Lost Child, which ultimately gave its name to this town, characterized by being on a flat and dominated land for the orange cultivation
